Returns and exchanges:
You may receive a full refund for any non custom order within 14 days of delivery date of your jewelry. Just send me an email at email@example.com and I will take care of it for you.
Because of health regulations, there is no returns of earrings.
If there is anything wrong with your piece of jewelry, I apologize! I will absolutely repair or exchange the item for you. If the repair is from use, damage, wear, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss what can be done. Depending on the type of repair, there may be a cost for labor and materials.
I ship Priority Mail with USPS for orders over $50, and First Class with USPS for orders under $50. If you have a special need in terms of shipping, please let me know, and we can work something out. Shipping can take up to 7 days. I will ship your order out within 3 business days (with the exception of August 24 to September 4th, as I am on my yearly inspirational vacation at that time!)
I package everything ready to gift, boxed in a recycled jewelry box, within a greet cotton bag. If you like, I can also add a small note to your gift, and can ship directly to your recipient. Just let me know what you like and I’ll make sure they receive a pretty package!
